S.C. sicko blown to bits in prison by monster serial killer

In March 1978, Rudolph Tyner, a 24-year-old junkie from New York, robbed a mom-and-pop grocery in Murrells Inlet, S.C. He took $200 and the lives of both mom and pop, Myrtle and Bill Moon.
